We have set up Agility and Explosive Training sessions for August.
These sessions are for anyone who wants to work on their athleticism.
Speed training, explosive training, agility drills. The goal is
to make you quicker, faster, better. You don't have to be
enrolled in PINnacle programs to participate. We encourage everyone
from all sports to come. Just email us to register and pay the $50 fee at the
door or through the website at our shopping cart.
