REGISTRATION

There are two ways to register. One, click the online registration below and register from a computer online using paypal.Two, print out the registration forms and mail or fax them into to the address below. Past PINnacle athletes will have priority for registration. Once all past PINnacle athletes have sent in registration forms, new athletes will be given the chance on a first come basis. If sessions are full new athletes will be put on a waiting list in the order their forms were sent in. If someone backs out the first person on the list will be called and given the chance to register. All sessions are on the same form you just have to check the box of what sessions you want to participate in. If mailing an application in, you must also fill out a release form and emergency contact form. All applications must be turned in two prior to first practice of each session.

*All wrestlers must have a current USA Wrestling card to participate in any PINnacle Wrestling programs. If you register online we will still need emergency contact form to be mailed/faxed to us.
