"Citius, Altius, Fortius" High School and Middle School Spring Training Program:  
We will be having a one-day-week HS and MS "Citius, Altius, Fortius(Faster, Higher, Stronger) training starting April 4th. This will be for all athletes and will be 55 minutes in length. Bungees, Ropes, Tires, Mauls, etc. will be used for this functional class to help you become a better athlete. Olympic Medalist Brandon Paulson, NCAA Division I Champion Jared Lawrence, and Olympian Jake Deitchler will be your instructors.
Date: April 10th-June 6th, 10 sessions
Times: 5:30-6:25 Wednesdays

SUMMER STRENGTH
:   We are increasing our options for strength this year as we have sold out of the program the past couple years.  This is a crucial time for many wrestlers to build strength, which is a very important aspect of our sport. We will have varying sessions including morning and evening classes.  We will also being giving you options of different classes so you can pick what you want to go to.  This will include; a "competition" cross fitness training, functional strength training, explosion training class, and an "all-around" weight lifting class with Olympic lifts and traditional lifts.  This will not be a "go in and lift" program like many HS programs.  We have a vested interest in these athletes and want to make them faster, stronger, and more explosive.  We will have structured workouts so it will be important to arrive on time . Olympic Wrestler Jake Deitchler will be leading these classes along with help from others including Olympic medalist Brandon Paulson and NCAA Champion Jared Lawrence.  All of these coaches have worked with, and trained, with elite weight lifting coaches around the country, including at the United States Olympic Training Center, and the University of Minnesota.  We will be stretching our classes out this year to offer it through the third week of August.  Although we will be having more classes for a longer period of time, our price will remain the same.  Some classes will be open to everybody, some to just youth, and some to middle school to High School.

              High School Times: Monday 8-9AM, 9-10AM
                                                   Tuesday 8-9AM, 11-12PM, 7:30-8:30

Description of Classes:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8-9AM -Combined Class-  "Faster, Higher, Stronger"-
Functional strength and conditioning in a high paced environment.  Huge variety of exercises including resistance sprints(H.I.R.T.S.), tire flips, Gladiator Wall training, rope climbing, medicine ball, kettle bells, sled runs, etc..
Monday 9-10AM - Competition Strength and Fitness(HS Only) - Adding some compeition to strenth and fitness for those competition nuts!
Tuesday, Thursday 11-12PM - HS only Strength Class- This class will vary each class but will be mainly strength and not conditioning. 
Tuesday 7:30-8:30PM - HS Only HEAVY Lift -
Cleans, Squats, RDL's, Bench, etc..
Wednesday 7-8PM - Youth Only - "Faster, Higher, Stronger"

COST
: $200- Covers all High School or all Youth strength classes for the summer    -   Online payment and registration for new customers
